Networks

The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities operates 28 networks, specialized expert panels covering specific areas and comprising local experts from all local self-government units in Serbia. Given the challenges involved in local self-government reform and the EU accession process, our Networks provide a platform for experts to exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues from other local self-government units, thereby improving the work of their towns and municipalities. The Networks also serve as an important link with central-level decision-making, as representatives of relevant institutions also participate in our meetings as panel members.
