The members of the project teams from the selected local self-governments will be introduced to the following rules and procedures:

The Grant scheme of the Programme includes 18 projects, with total value of 3.5 million Euros. The realization includes 48 towns and municipalities and seven partner organisations (regional development organisations, civil society organisations, etc.).

The Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government (MPALSG) is the beneficiary of the Programme in terms of indirect fund management, and the Ministry of Finance (MFIN) plays a very important role, since the Sector for Contracting and Financing Programmes from EU funds (CFCU) is the Contracting Authority on the Programme. The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities has the role of an implementing partner like in the previous phases of the Programme.
