Models of documents on the establishment of interdepartmental commissions

The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities has developed, for the needs of its members, models for the establishment of interdepartmental commissions at the local level, pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 3 of the Law on the Foundations of the Education System ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" No. 88/2017 and 27/2018-other law) and the Rulebook on additional education, health and social support to the child, as follows:

• Model decision for the establishment of the Interdepartmental Commission for the assessment of the needs of the child, student and adult for additional educational, health and social support for the territory of the municipality/town
• Model Rules of Procedure of the interdepartmental commission for the assessment of needs for additional educational, health or social support to the child, student and adult for the territory of the town/municipality

The proposed documents are the starting point for the development of internal acts that should respond to the specific needs of local self-government.
