SCTM prepared the Model on Rules of Procedure of Temporary Body

On the initiative of the Network of Secretaries of the Assemblies of Cities, Municipalities and City Municipalities, Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) has developed the Model on Rules of Procedure of Temporary Body. The preparation of this Model begun in anticipation of the Government of the Republic of Serbia passing decision on dissolution of assemblies and formation of temporary bodies in 65 local self-government units, which was made at the 88th session, held on October 30, 2023.

The Model on Rules of Procedure of Temporary Body should primarily be understood as the starting material for the rules of procedure adopted by the temporary bodies - it may be subject to changes and adjustments in accordance with the needs of each SCTM member and according to the specific circumstances in each of them.

The Model on Rules of Procedure of Temporary Body was prepared in a short period of time, and SCTM would be very grateful to its members, for any comments, suggestions and objections delivered by e-mail (to the address: novak.gajic@skgo.org) so that the Model on Rules of Procedure of Temporary Body gets improved.
