Practical Support for Conducting Public Procurement under the EU INTEGRA Programme

The Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM), within the EU Support to Integrated Territorial Development – EU INTEGRA Programme, funded by the European Union with EUR 15 million, is organising workshops for grant beneficiaries implementing projects financed through the Programme's grant scheme. The EU INTEGRA Programme is implemented by the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities (SCTM) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS), in cooperation with the Ministry of European Integration of the Republic of Serbia.

The workshops will take place on:

• 20 July 2026 at the Serbian-Korean Information Access Centre (SKIP Belgrade), Dobrinjska 11, Belgrade, starting at 10:00;
• 21 July 2026 at the Serbian-Korean Information Access Centre (SKIP Niš), Trg kralja Milana 8, Niš, starting at 10:00.

Following the introductory workshops dedicated to grant project implementation, the EU INTEGRA Programme continues to provide professional support to grant beneficiaries through a new series of workshops focused on public procurement.

The workshops are designed to provide grant beneficiaries with practical support for planning and conducting public procurement procedures throughout the implementation of EU INTEGRA grant projects. Through expert presentations, practical examples and the exchange of experiences, participants will strengthen the knowledge and skills needed to plan and manage procurement procedures, prepare procurement documentation, select the appropriate procedures and manage procurement contracts. Special attention will be given to the most common challenges and mistakes encountered in practice, as well as to practical tools and recommendations that contribute to more efficient, transparent and high-quality procurement. The workshops will also provide an opportunity for participants to clarify practical issues, exchange experiences and receive answers to questions arising during the day-to-day implementation of their projects.
